Details
Each round is brass-cased, boxer-primed, non-corrosive, and reloadable. The bullets are designed for maximum energy transfer upon impact but controlled expansion (a result of the jacketing).
The product is both economical and precision manufactured in the United States by an established U.S. cartridge producer. The American Eagle brand is a product line of the Federal Cartridge Co., which is owned by ATK, the largest ammunition manufacturer in the United States.

My Rossi 20" model 92 loves this ammo. I chron'ed It at an avg. of 1820fps, ES-34 and SD-11 that's some good numbers. I was gitting 2"-3" at 100yds. with iron sights. I'm sure the ammo could do better, my old eyes can't. Would make great HD or deer hunting ammo. I'll be buying more. Fired 24 rounds in my Ruger GP100 4". My target was a 10" paper plate from 30 yards. WOW I was very pleased with the nice grouping. The 158gr does have a little more recoil, but in the heavy GP100 it is easy to control. Will buy again. (Posted on 7/28/12)Performance Value Quality - Great range round for all! Review by rugman4555

Great range round for all my .357's including Desert Eagle. Fires cleanly and accurate with no FTF. Does spit a little fire on occasion from my LCR, but that just scares the bad guys even more! I mainly use for the DE since it is a recommended round by Magnum Research but great for Ruger 77/357 rifle too.
