I have shot a few hundred rounds of this through my Sig 1911 with good results. A few times I've had a little bit of a feeding problem but not bad at all. Maybe one in a hundred shots. What I am writing this review about though is Lucky Gunner. This is the best site I've ever done ammo business with. Super fast service at a good price. Keep up the good work guys. FTF problems with my Sig 1911XO. First round in mags would not feed. Would have to recycle then the rest of the 7 would fire. Noticed bass to be thinner then the Winchester. Had no problems when I switched to the Winchester. (Posted on 3/2/13)

Really disappointing ammo. Jams like crazy in my Glock 30 SF. Had to do real time shift from my G30 to my Sig in real time during timed CCW quals. Perfect score, but would have been dead if up against bad guy. Stick to what law enforcement uses. (Posted on 1/24/13)

I ordered 1000 rounds of PMC Bronze for target practice. It may be on the less expensive end of the spectrum for 45 brass case ammo, but I found it to be clean, accurate, and dependable. I will buying more and all my future ammo requirements will be coming from LuckyGunner. These guys are unreal. They provide great products at a great price, fast delivery, and great packaging. I have been using a different brand in my Glock 21 and it leaves a ton of residue on my hands, arms, and cloths. I put 200 rounds of this through my SR-1911 and around 200 through my Glock and had no residue after shooting, also keeps my guns very clean. I've run these through my Sig 1911 and had no issues with FTL/FTF/FTE. They load and go bang every time. Accuracy seems great for the price. My biggest complaint is about the propellant; it smells kind of sour, as some others online have described it "like burning soap," and the inside of my pistol seems very dirty after just a hundred rounds of this stuff.

Shoot outdoors? Then I'd imagine the smell is a non-issue.

In my location, almost all ranges are indoor so I thought I'd mention this seldom-examined part of the PMC experience as it will probably lead me to buy another brand next time. I may be more sensitive to this factor than other folks but it's worth noting. (Posted on 10/19/12)

I've tried a variety of economy brands in my Glock 21 and HK USP full size. By far the least dirty rounds were PMC FMJ. Since I get my .40 and .45 auto from a mom/pop store I can get a better deal on 1000 rounds. I just purchased 2000 rounds each of PMC. Don't compromise with munitions like Sellier-Bellot as they are just a tiny bit less expensive but a lot dirtier. Yes both Glock and HK will fire Sellier-Bellot without fail after several hundred rounds without cleaning because they were designed to do so. But you will have a substantial increase in your cleaning time. (Posted on 2/18/12)
