Gearing up for a big coyote hunt? Take satisfaction that you’ve got a dozen pounds of the good stuff for home defense? Either way, this case of 400 223 Rem rounds from Remington’s UMC label is going to serve you splendidly. You’ll have ammo to spare for target practice, too!

This round shines best when its 45 grain bullet strikes a meaty target, however. Its relatively light weight gives it a flat trajectory, and its hollow point nose cavity promotes wide and even expansion throughout penetration of the target. This bullet’s jacket facilitates smooth feeding, combats barrel fouling, promotes deeper penetration of the target, and controls expansion -- a potent combination!

UMC rounds’ brass shell casings cycle great, and they stay supple for multiple reloads. Remington outfitted these cartridges with non-corrosive Boxer primers to better preserve your rifle and to give you the option of storing them practically indefinitely. You won’t want to sit on this ammo for long after trying it out, though!
