Q: OK in a 1/7 twist barrel?

Q: Can these casings be reliably reloaded?

A: Yes sir! According to Federal, the TRU case and web are built using thicker brass, adding the extra strength needed for high-power rifles. The strength is certainly there, but I would be curious to see how much case capacity is forfeited in exchange for those thicker, stronger case walls. Probably not much, but I believe it's the only thing you'd want to look into before selecting TRU brass for a handloading project.
