If you want to get some affordable trigger time with your AR-15 or other .223 Remington or 5.56 NATO rifle, grab this 500 round "spam can" from Wolf's Polyformance series. This ammo achieves incredible cost savings through its use of durable but inexpensive steel cases. Although they cannot be reloaded, the cases offer reliable performance due to their use of friction reducing polymer coatings, which enable actions to cycle more dependably without the fouling associated with lacquered casings.

Each cartridge in this can fires a 55-grain full metal jacket bullet and produces external ballistics roughly comparable to those of M193 mil spec ball.

Wolf Polyformance .223 Remington ammo is loaded in Russia using noncorrosive Berdan primers and steel cases. Note that some indoor ranges do not allow the use of ammunition with steel casings due to its magnetic properties. This is typically not an issue when shooting outdoors.
