If you own a 30 Super Carry pistol and have every intention of walking away from an attack on your life unscathed, then you must invest in your skill. Federal Premium developed the 30 SC, and you can do no better than the Minnesotan company’s range ammo for target practice.

This round is loaded with a 100 grain projectile that screams out of a 4” barrel’s muzzle at a rate of 1,250 fps – exactly the same specs as Federal’s Personal Defense HST series 30 SC cartridge. But instead of a high-tech jacketed hollow point, this round’s bullet is a far more cost-effective FMJ. Its flat nose profile lets the bullet exhibit comparable ballistic performance to the analogous self-defense load, and its recoil is virtually identical as well.

Federal doesn’t ship a 30 SC cartridge unless it is loaded with their own high-quality new production brass case, sensitive Boxer primer and specially formulated clean-burning propellant. And so long as you’re stocking up on 1,000 rounds of ammo, you may want to pick up a few stacks of targets while you’re at it!
