I think you can gather what I’m driving at here. Fiocchi Hyperformance SBR Enhanced belongs in your stubby AR because it is loaded with special powder that burns completely in a barrel as short as 7.5”. That means low fouling, diminished report, and the dimmer muzzle flash which spares you from getting blinded at night.
The bullet is no slouch, either. The 125 grain Super Shock Tip isn’t subsonic, but it is intensely accurate and it does especially interesting things after impact. Those things include deep penetration (the product of its mid-body cannelure and InterLock ring, which lock its core and jacket together at two separate points), as well as wide expansion courtesy of its jacket’s taper, core’s nose cavity, and polymer tip’s long tail.
