American Quality Ammunition adorns these dedicated target loads with 158 grain full metal jacket projectiles. That’s a popular weight for whitetail, and this ammo does indeed simulate the recoil and point of aim of analogous hunting cartridges. The FMJ’s also a totally steel-free affair, so feel free to go ahead and let it off of its rope at a gun range that bans magnetic ammo.
American Quality Ammunition loaded these cartridges recently. They have noncorrosive Boxer primers and brand new brass cases (the headstamps in our photos indicate that Armscor made the brass, although American Quality Ammunition may load other manufacturers’ brass at their discretion).
This ammo is reloadable. What it is not, however, is fancily packaged. All 250 rounds occupy the same single cardboard box.
