Is this 380 Auto cartridge by Armscor outfitted with some high-falutin, super high tech jacketed hollow point that goes by a swanky three letter name? No. That said, its 95 grain JHP is still designed to do some serious damage to anything so unfortunate as to find itself on its receiving end.

This round’s bullet possesses a hard jacket that helps it feed easily from the magazine, stave off rapid barrel leading, and prevent it from shattering into pieces during penetration. As the JHP’s nose cavity encounters resistance from soft tissue, it causes the whole bullet to open up and spread apart, inflicting accentuated damage in the process.
