Customer Reviews - Armscor Ammunition

Customer feedback on Armscor ammunition is mixed and varies by caliber and firearm. Many reviewers widely praise its affordability and good value, noting reliable feeding and clean operation in some handguns, rifles, and carbines. Accuracy is often described as adequate or good, with some users reporting tight groupings. Several buyers report that Armscor runs as well as or better than other budget brands, especially in less finicky guns, and appreciate its suitability for range practice and reloading. However, recurring complaints include frequent failures to feed, eject, or fire—especially in .22 LR, .380, and certain 9mm batches—with some describing split casings, hard primers, uneven power, dirty residue, or waxy/lubed bullets. Armscor’s performance is inconsistent; while it functions flawlessly in some firearms, others experience reliability or cleanliness issues. Quality control concerns are occasionally mentioned.

I've seen it said not to use this in PMR 30 pistols. Don't know why as I've fired 300 rounds in my PMR 30 without a single hiccup. Excellent accuracy and performance.

My 22 LR Conversion Kit works best with CCI Mini-mags now at 1260 fps muzzle velocity.
My purchase of 100 rounds of Armscor 1260 Hi velocity rounds was a test to see if other brands that sell for less could give the same results--they did--thus your product rates as well and could be purchased again, but in larger quantities.

My first time with a .22 Mag rifle. It's an Anschutz, so I don't know how much to attribute to the ammo or to the rifle for the much better than average accuracy. Once zeroed I was able to shoot the remaining rounds so they all touched (at 50 yards). Can't complain about that!

Like many of you, I too am on a budget.

Picked up one hundred rounds to test; in new Mossberg rifle.

Rifle: Mossberg ATR 100 Night Train II

Custom Boyd’s Thumbhole Stock

Range: 100 yards Temp: 76 Wind: Less than one S-W

Target: NRA 100 Yards Rifle

Keep in mind I'm 54 years old, Placed Target, set up spotting scope. 8 rounds latter; something isn't right with my spotting scope, two groups of 4 shots. First group 0.89. Second group 0.82

Say what you will, This ammo is on fire, Total of rounds fired was 20, all 4 shot groups within and or under 1 inch.

Second & third box of 20 ea. Again and again, all afternoon long, groups remain under 1"

Great Ammo for a factory reload. as for my weapon & ammo combonation, hits a fricking home run in my book for the price.

To bad its made abroad..

My 2 cents.....Thanks Folds
