Underneath its patriotic packaging, this is Federal’s popular Power-Shok ammunition. It’s loaded with proper reloadable brass cases, 300 grain bullets, and the clean-burning powder it needs to throw said bullets at 1,850 fps muzzle velocity (24” test barrel). As a jacketed hollow point, the bullet isn’t overly sophisticated – but that does nothing to stop it from delivering the commanding terminal ballistics which take down boar, buck and bear with ease. Fine for target shooting, too, of course!
