This .45 ACP ammunition from Corbon's economical but powerful Self Defense series is a +P load that pushes this venerable cartridge to the next level. Each round fires a medium weight 200 grain jacketed hollow point bullet at a high muzzle velocity of 1,050 feet per second.

The high velocity of these rounds gives this ammo a solid 9-15 inches of penetration and more reliable expansion than slower-moving 230 grain loads. It does come with the downside of added recoil, which requires practice to control. Fortunately, these cartridges come in a volume priced case of 500 that will give you some proper trigger time!
