The 6.5 Creedmoor is first and foremost a long-distance shooting cartridge. Red Mountain Arsenal, the veteran-owned manufacturer of Roswell, New Mexico appreciates this, so they chose to load this 6.5 CM cartridge with none other than Berger’s AR Hybrid OTM projectile.

This cartridge’s 130 grain bullet places its sole emphasis on accuracy. Developed for elite competitive shooters, the AR Hybrid OTM features the J4 Precision Bullet Jacket which is drawn to a concentricity tolerance of +/- 0.0003”. That’s so virtually flawless that the J4 has zero chance of possessing some flaw that could impact overall rotational stability.

The AR Hybrid OTM also features intense core uniformity, a ballistically efficient boat tail, and a hybrid ogive profile which combines the benefits of tangent and secant ogive geometry without either one’s weakness. That means the AR Hybrid OTM boasts greater ballistic efficiency as well as the ability correctly self-align with the barrel’s rifling for optimal chambering.

Red Mountain Arsenal supplies military and police sniper teams, so their long-distance ammo is proven in the field. They exclusively load premium brass cases, match primers and consistent charges of clean-burning propellant when they make this match 6.5 CM ammo.
