Ideal for the AR platform, as well as bolt action, this 123 grain 6.5 grendel is comprised of a non-steel core bullet in a boxer-primed brass casing with military specification primer and propellant. Designed for a wide range of applications with consistent, high quality product specifications. Specially engineered projectiles are matched with reloadable cartridges expected of all Hornady rounds. This makes it a great choice when selecting a round to bring to the range for long-distance practice. Hard hitting performance and faster flying speeds ensure plenty of energy will be delivered to your target. Shooters can expect excellent accuracy, minimal deviation, and low amounts of fouling.

American made, Hornady has a proud history from its modest beginnings in Grand Island, Nebraska as an ammunition producer in the years following WWII. Recently re-introduced, the Frontier line by Hornady was designed for a wide range of applications from range training to hunting. Unlike most other calibers in this line that are manufactured at the Army’s Lake City Ammunitions facility, the 6.5 Grendel is produced at Hornandy’s Grand Island facility.
