Good second choice for the AK-47
This is good clean firing ammo which I use as a second choice when shooting my AK. The first choice is PPU FMJ for my AK47 which is cleaner and of a higher quality for factory ammo. The PPU shoots a very notable tight grouping which edges out the PMC. Although PPU is slightly higher in price the value of PMC is very good. I never shoot cheap steel case ammo at the range or anywhere else as it is very dirty, corrosive and the groupings stink. The brass is a very good quality for reloading.
A bit expensive for Standard AK-47/SKS Ammo , but, worth every penny. (your going to pay when you compare brass cartridges verse steel)
Anyone who has used the really cheap steel cartridge tins of ammo know that they are very "dirty", so dirty that the only reason AK's can eat that mess is because of it's cycling system. It may eat them, but, it also requires a good deal of cleaning. This PMC Ammo for one is SO much cleaner burning, and it may not shoot the tightest groups of all AK ammo, it does shoot much tighter groups than the tins of steel cartridges. Despite the fact that AK's have no problem eating steel, I like Brass cartridges, particularly if they can be reloaded. This ammo exceeded all my expectations I have not experienced one problem cartridge. It's not cheap, however, it's worth every penny.
