This 9mm Luger ammunition from Federal's American Eagle series is a low-cost, reliable range load suitable for training with your handgun. Each cartridge in this case of 500 fires a light 115 grain full metal jacket bullet at a muzzle velocity of 1,180 feet per second. As standard pressure loads, these rounds will produce moderate recoil and function well in any 9mm Parabellum firearm including older or subcompact guns.

Unlike some commercial ammo, this case features trayless packaging to save space and weight. Some people also find it easier to load ammunition into magazines if it is not packaged in trays.

These cartridges are loaded in Anoka, Minnesota by Federal Premium Ammunition and use non-corrosive Boxer primers and brass cases. Federal has operated since the 1920s and ranks among the top ammo manufacturers in the US. They are particularly well known for producing ammo for the US military, but also manufacture a wide variety of products for law enforcement and gun owners including CCW holders and hunters. The company is a division of Vista Outdoor, which also includes well-known brands such as Blackhawk, Bushnell, Estate, Speer and CCI.

Incredibly inconsistent loads. Some feel like +P and others are so under power that I was constantly checking for squibs. I did not have any squibs, but it was still a huge concern. Accurate enough for range time.

Never a problem with American Eagle ammunition: some of the best I've owned. Price was right on: easily comparable to the best prices out there. Where Lucky Gunner really stands out though is their service: 3 days from clicking on the "submit order" button till it was on my doorstep. I've ordered from places that take over a week.

This will be my first stop for ammo from now on.

I received 1000 rounds from Lucky Gunner as promised and on time. My wife is taking shooting classes at two different locations and goes thru about 500 rounds a week. She shoots a Glock 43 and a Walther PPS . After every class I ask about FTF and have always gotten the same answer, NONE. I have also shot about 150 rounds thru my Glock 17 and no problems. Great amo at a great price.

Luckygunner did everything correct. The only issue was a delay in receiving my package because FedEx delivered it to the wrong house. I have used luckgunner and will continue using them. I call them about the delay and they notified FedEx. A neighbor brought the package to my house a few days later...

American Eagle has been my "go to" ammo for quite some time, so no surprises there. I have a 9mm 1911 from RIA that is very finicky about ammo. I've found that it is much more reliable when I use this ammo, the American Eagle, FMJ, 115gr. I'd buy it every time at this price. Great rounds that closely matches my EDC Gold Dots out the pipe. The packaging is perfect and compact. I can put more rounds in my ammo can while still accurately tracking count. While I'm on at the range, it's easier to grab a handful of rounds and load mags.

Ordered this product Jan 11 didn't get the chance to use it until yesterday. Fired 200 rounds no issue with SR9C. Few rounds out of 200 seem not that clean. Take down the gun to see how clean or dirty the result is acceptable. I will buy again.

These rounds fire flawlessly in my M&P. I have not had a single misfire or my other issue after firing 1000 rounds. The trayless boxes are great at reducing bulk making it easier to transport or store more rounds in less space. I highly recommend these rounds!

I have zero complaints about this ammo, I've fired it through my 9mm, .45 and 300 Blackout and I have had ZERO ISSUES with it, no jams, no misfeeds and always cycles. Probably not the most accurate ammo but I don't remember them claiming to be. GREAT Range Rounds for the Price!!!

This was my first time ordering from lucky gunner. I will say the prices are good here but not the best I've seen. The one thing I like Is they have fast shipping and it gets to my house in about a day. I can't say the same for other online ammo stores.

Shoots fine. No failures of any kind in 200 rounds. Only complaint is that it shoots a large cloud of smoke. Almost seems like I'm shooting my black powder rifle. IMI ammo I was shooting at the same time burned much cleaner.

Anyone who has spent time on a range has probably shot American Eagle by now. The power used makes very little smoke/dust and out doors is hardly noticeable.

The biggest advantage to this particular box is the size of the packaging. It's extremely small due to the lack of a plastic tray and you're able to save a ton of space in your range bag because of it.

Ordered 500 rounds (without trays) as the price was touch to beat. Quick service by Lucky Gunner (via FedEx). 200 rounds through my pistol this week without an issue; clean burning made clean up easy. Federal's American Eagle is great. As long as Lucky Gunner's prices remain competitive, they will keep my business. Ordering another 500 next week.

The ammo shoots very well. American Eagle is a quality manufacturer. The shipping is incredible, ordered dec 29, received new years eve, early enough to get some range time in. I live in NY with their ammo transfer laws, can't ship to your house and it was so quick that it didn't matter. Will buy all my ammo from Lucky gunner

A: Hello Kevin! This ammunition is loaded with a standard copper jacketed, lead core projectile. As it is a standard FMJ projectile, the lead is exposed at the base.
