Fresh out of the heart of Serbia comes the pistol ammo that Americans go ga ga for! This 9mm cartridge is just what you need to finally go break in your new handgun, whether that’s a Glock or a SIG or an S&W, and PPU’s ammo is hailed by many experienced shooters as among the most reliable for range training.

This cartridge has a 124 grain full metal jacket projectile. That’s the middle of the road in terms of 9mm bullet weights, and with its 1,132 fps muzzle velocity out of a 4” barrel its ballistic performance is more or less identical to any self-defense round’s. An FMJ bullet is clad completely in copper alloy with the exception of its base, so it can’t expand as it digs into soft tissue. That’s why FMJs are preferred for target practice, although they’re far from useless when the stuff hits the fan.

Prvi Partizan’s brass cases are drawn to chamber precisely in handguns and carbines, and upon extraction become awesome handloading components. The modern manufacturer exclusively loads non-corrosive primers and clean burning propellant, and their nonmagnetic bullets are acceptable at indoor ranges.
