Glock 19 MOS & Can
DID NOT Cycle
Used in Glock 19 MOS with Eliteiron Blackreign can and Vortex Venom Reflex dot.
This is not to say it's bad ammo....
It worked perfectly in a suppressed Glock 43 with the same can.
I would suspect Glock 19 MOS recoil spring maybe a bit stiffer, and that , combined with Slide Mass and Venom sight, perhaps...caused failure to cycle.
The same gun, can , sight combo cycled perfectly with American Eagle 147gr sub sonic.
I had bought a few boxes to try at the local gun shop and used a can since it was marked as sub sonic surpressor ammo.
At the range I also had the 45 ACP version of this ammo. As with the 45 version I noticed zero difference between this ammo and any other loadings from other brands or even the red boxed AE 9mm. It was also very dirty after a few boxes . Would I buy this ammo again? Not at full price and if it's on sale maybe but only if I can't find any better quality sub sonic or even full power 9mm. I found that there was nothing special about this stuff.
I shoot a ton of the American Eagle over the course of a year and their surpressor line is expensive and nothing to write home about as well as being extremely dirty for 9mm.
As a new shooter I wanted to try these out for possibility for lower felt recoil. I felt no difference. I was shooting this with NO Suppressor.
I find this ammo to be pretty dirty in my Glock 19 Gen 4.
There were no reliability issues. It ran just fine.
Accuracy is hard to tell. I ain't the most accurate shot to begin with, but I seem to be more accurate with other loadings.
I would probably pass on this in the future due to how dirty it seemed to be. I am sure I can find less expensive cleaner rounds to hole punch paper with.
