My Springfield 911 is picky. It is flawless using Sellier and Winchester but the Magtech jams constantly. Quite annoying. I’ve learned to pull out Some of the problem ammo. I use Magtech 9mm and it works every time.
My P238 shoots anything! This ammo's one of them. I can count the jams I've had with my fingers... I'm up in the 6-7000rnd range... & obviously that includes this Magtech ammo. If you're going to buy a pocket pistol, buy quality! They're specifically designed to save your butt, not plink around at the range. You want to know it'll go bang every time you pull that trigger. This stuff is GOOD, not great. decently accurate as far as I can tell and again I shot all 400rnds with no jams.
I have a Jimenez arms 380 and my my wife carrys a Ruger. 380
I have a Jimenez arms 380 and my my wife carrys a Ruger. 380 The Jimenez is for on the boat. My cary piece is a Snub nose Ruger 38. The Jimenez will only shoot Majitech. It works fine in all my 380's and the Jimenez is for the water. Any way great ammo for what I need. No Crap on the Jimenez its been in the salt water etc. (Shoots great with Majitech only ( Works for me and its a solid gun for 100 bucks)
Good price but too dirty for my little .380
I have used Magtech ammo in different calibers with good, uniform results. I tried this ammo in my S&W Bodyguard and it shot well but after about 30 rounds my gun (automatic) started to jam up repeatedly from the sooty residue. I've had much better results with Aquila ammo in this caliber. I put 150 rounds of Aquila .380 through my gun and not a cough in a carload.
Took the pistol to the range and loaded the Magtech 95 grain FMC in my gun. At 25 yards, the bullets are going everywhere at random with proper sight picture, slow intentional shots. Some of the casings were powdered almost completely black while others looked burned while others still looked shiny new. This is an indicator of inconsistency. I would recommend buying a more well known brand such as Remington or Winchester.
