This 10mm cartridge from Fiocchi features a 180 grain full metal jacket truncated cone projectile. Because the bullet’s shaped like an Conehead after a very unfortunate run in with a lawnmower, it offers some distinctive advantages. It’s ever so slightly more accurate, it punches a clean and easily scored hole through a paper target, and it feeds more efficiently in a semiautomatic than a comparably sized wadcutter. Thanks to its shielded lead core and conic profile this bullet causes little fouling as well.
Fiocchi is a great Old World manufacturer, although they likely crafted this round in their production facility in the heart of Missouri. It features the brass casing that handloaders insist on, as well as clean burning smokeless powder and a non-corrosive primer to keep your big pistol happier.
