Hornady only makes one component of this ammo: its bullets, which are 55 grain full metal jackets (nonmagnetic) just like you’d expect to see on any M193 spec military load. It’s got a little cannelure around its mid-section and everything. Its 0.243 G1 BC (24” test barrel) is about the same as an M193 load’s as well, so expect similar trajectory.
This ammo’s cases, powder and primers are all Lake City Army Ammunition Plant’s doing. Noncorrosive? Yes. New brass cases? Yes, with acknowledgement that their shoulders are discolored as a result of Lake City’s normal brass annealing process.
This ammo is packaged in better packaging: not wussy cardboard, but a big and strong plastic field box!
