Go the distance with Federal Premium Gold Medal CenterStrike! This is precisely the 308 Win sharpshooting ammo you need when you’re trying to strike the center of your target. Doesn’t matter if you’re shooting to 100, 500 or 1,000 yards. So long as your aim is true, this ammo is good for you!

This round sports Federal’s new and improved open tip match projectile: the CenterStrike. Cool name! The heavier bullet’s extra mass grants it welcome resistance to wind interference. The form-fitted lead core inside its concentric, attenuated copper jacket gives the CenterStrike great rotational stability as well. When the bullet hits a muzzle velocity of 2,600 fps, its 0.505 G1 ballistic coefficient will carry it to 200 yards in one-quarter of a second, and then let it drop -9.0” once it has traveled another 100 yards downrange (centered up 1.5”).

Handloaders, take note: Federal’s brass is worth its weight in gold (figuratively speaking). Newer shooters, take note: the OTM bullet is a poor choice for deer hunting given its thin jacket and inability to undergo terminal expansion. Made in Minnesota! Uff da!
