These military-grade loads are perfect for range work and practice days with your AR-15 or any other rifle chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO. Prvi Partizan packages this ammunition in a steel ammo can which features a closing latch, a foldable carry handle, and reinforced molding which facilitates vertical stacking in storage. The lid of the can is lined with a compressible rubber gasket which protects the contents from moisture and dust. Each cartridge inside follows the M855 standard and is made with a non-corrosive Boxer primer fitted to a reloadable brass casing which has been heat-treated for strength. The case is crimped to a 62-grain SS109 projectile that is made with a full metal jacket boat-tail (FMJ-BT) profile.

As an M855 load, the FMJ-BTs features penetrating tips made from mild steel that shouldn't be fired indoors or against steel targets (that you intend to keep). This particular cartridge profile is currently the most common choice for U.S. military forces and has a ton of support by way of ballistics apps, drop compensation tables, and easy-to-range scope reticles. Prvi Partizan was founded in 1928 and manufactures ammunition for both Serbia and its allies. Their commercial ammo is recognized for fair prices, consistent quality, and obscure calibers that can't be found elsewhere.
