Want to take advantage of low cost steel shell casings, but don’t want to spend your money outside of the USA? Good news: Winchester is American, and Lucky Gunner is so American that we cool our delicious apple pies on top of larger, equally delicious apple pies. This cartridge brings the steel casing home!

This USA Forged 9mm round features a steel casing. It’s ideal for high volume shooters who believe they deserve to keep a larger piece of their paychecks, and makes collecting spent casings as easy as waving a magnet over the ground. It is not ideal, of course, for reloading enthusiasts, although Winchester does outfit these rounds with classic non-corrosive Boxer primers.

This round does still have brass in its 115 grain bullet’s jacket. The hard alloy prevents rapid fouling, as does Winchester’s clean burning propellant. You’ll make best use of this FMJ while shooting targets, where expanding terminal performance doesn’t provide any advantage.
