I got a box of the Winchester M22 figuring it was typical Winchester quality, but what I ran into was something different. I found most would not load into my S&W Model 17 revolver. The rounds were too tight to fit in the cylinder. They did shoot OK usually from my Hi Standard auto but occasionally, one would stick in the chamber and not eject. I ended up shooting it through an old Marlin 39A rifle. I talked to a few others at the range a different times and some of them were having similar issues. At first they thought it was their guns, but a couple I heard from later found that different ammo didn't have those issues. As such, I have to rate quality low if it doesn't fit and sticks, and value low if you can't shoot it. It is OK in the rifle, but not in my pistols.

I’ll definitely buy it again On the rating question of “is this the best ammo available?” I can’t give 5 stars because that depends on what you’re doing with it. If you’re interested specifically for hunting large game I would recommend something else b

This ammo is horrendous. It would fail to eject in all 3 of my .22LR guns - at least 30% of the time - sometimes more and in high quality firearms. My brand new Ruger Mark IV -jammed/failed to eject every other round - my Henry single shot - fail to extract / eject ever other round - it made what should have been a positive experience shooting w my son very frustrating. The lowest end of my firearms used, but by no means bad quality, my Savage Arms 10 shot rifle - same story - fail to extract / eject. Just wasted money.
