New to Long Range Shooting on a new Tikka TAC A1. Took two shots to zero at 100 yards. The next 3 shots were under .70". All day my 5 shot groups were between .55" and .75". Also was hitting 12" steel plates at 200-350 yards. I like the math and science behind this kind of shooting.

I recently use this on Asian Buffalo in Australia. I think the stuff is overpriced. Buffalo was 2000+ pounds, bigger than Cape Buffalo bullets that hit bone expanded rather well and penetrated well Bullets that did not strike bone sliced through like a full metal jacket I did almost no damage. Had to shoot at five times. But they do penetrate, win, lose, or draw. Not my first choice in fact, one of my last choices. And I’ve used everythingI in 375!

9-10 at a mile in a eight mph cross wind. Splashed one allowing me to make one elevation adjustment and nothing but hits from then on. Zeroed at 350 yards and one inch group at 800 yards. Night and day difference from military ball ammo.

I am using a S&W M&P 2.0 9mm w/ a 3.6” barrel. I used 50 rounds of this ammo at the range today and was shocked that I had multiple “failure to feeds”. Very scary as I was hoping to use this round as my everyday carry ammo. This is just my experience and understand others may not have this problem. When I googled this issue, it seems the aggressive profile along with the rubber insert allows it to get caught up during the feed. I will use the rest of the 200 ammo for the range as I can not trust it in my current firearm.
